The anterior lobe of the pituitary gland releases growth hormone, prolactin, ACTH(adrenocorticotropic hormone),TSH(thyroid-stimulating hormone),FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH(luteinizing hormone). The intermediate lobe produces melanocyte-stimulating hormone and posterior lobe-ADH(antidiuretic hormone) and oxytocin
